Waukesha® Metal Products was awarded the AS9100: Rev C quality certification by the NSF in July 2014. This version of AS9100 includes the ISO9001 standard and adds supplementary requirements that apply to the aerospace, aviation and defense industries. This will add to the Quality Management Systems quality standards such as: ISO 9001:2008, TS 16949:2009, and ISO 14001:2004. The AS9100 audit was conducted by the NSF at Waukesha® Metal Products Grafton facility in Wisconsin on March 28, 2014 and was completed successfully on July 17, 2014. With this addition to Waukesha® Metal Products quality management capabilities, it provides improved quality and cost efficiency throughout this aerospace supply chain. In order to better serve the aerospace, aviation and defense industries, obtaining the AS9100: Rev C certification was essential to Waukesha® Metal Products.
