Waukesha® Metal Products, an international metalforming supplier with capabilities including metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication and tool design/build acquired certain assets of Metal Skills Plus, LLC of Deforest, WI on November 29, 2011.
The strategic acquisition further expands Waukesha® Metal Products capabilities and provides additional diversification of their customer base and markets served. Some of these new markets include: industrial packaging machines, medical equipment and building products.
Waukesha® Metal Products is confident that the business gained from Metal Skills Plus, LLC will integrate well with their current fabrication division based in Grafton, WI and provide greater opportunity for future growth. Waukesha® Metal Products has similar experiences with the May 2009 acquisition of Parkview Metal Products of Lake Zurich, IL, and foresees a seamless integration of Metal Skills Plus.
