An apprenticeship with Waukesha® Metal Products gives you significant on-the-job training that acts as a complement to your coursework at a technical college.
Waukesha® Metal Products also offers shorter-term internships that provide hands-on manufacturing experience. Whether you’re interested in a career as an engineer or accounting, our internship program can help you experience what it’s like to work in the industry.
To promote manufacturing as a future career choice, Waukesha® Metal Products has tailored this two-year program for junior year high school students. The end result is a Mechatronics Certification, allowing for a sustainable base wage, stackable credentials, transferrable college credits, and the ability to become an Advanced Manufacturing Technician.
