Brake Press Set-Up/Operator – 2^nd Shift Grafton

Join our team as a Brake Press Set‑Up Operator and take the lead in shaping high‑quality metal parts through expert machine setup and operation. You’ll configure tooling, interpret blueprints, verify accuracy with precision instruments, and keep production running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and contributing to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Tool & Die Maker

Waukesha Metal Products is known for its high-end metal stamping and fabrication and is looking for a Tool & Die Maker to join our highly skilled team. Our team brings years of experience to their work, building dies and machines for progressive, transfer and stage operations. The team also supports our metal fabrication processes. As part of this team, you will use blueprints to determine project specifications, set up, and operate machine tools, finish, and adjust parts, and test tools to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Tool & Die Maker of at least 5 years and/or will have a Journeymen’s card, will have attention to detail, and will excel in reading blueprints, and SolidWorks and/or Mastercam files.
