Waukesha Metal Products brings together an extensive lineup of modern and reliable machines to support high precision metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, robotic welding, and tool and die manufacturing. With equipment operating at up to 660 tons and speeds up to 250 strokes per minute, our facilities are built for everything from short-run prototypes to high-volume production.
Every machine is backed by an experienced team of craftsmen, engineers, and journeyman toolmakers who know how to get the most out of every stroke, bend, or weld.
Metal Stamping Presses
Our stamping capabilities cover a wide range of sizes and speeds, including servo press technology for programmable motion and tighter control. We design and run progressive dies, transfer tooling, and stage tooling for a variety of materials, including HSLA steel, stainless, copper, aluminum, and brass.

Fabrication Equipment
Our sheet metal fabrication equipment includes CNC turrets, high-wattage lasers, precision brake presses, and a full suite of support equipment. Fabrication processes are backed by in-house fixture design, robotic welding, and forming simulation software.

Tool & Die Room
Not every stamper builds its own tools – we do. Our fully equipped tool and die rooms in Sussex and Mexico support in-house tool builds, design iterations, and maintenance, helping us reduce downtime and speed up production.
Capabilities include:

- Wire EDM machines
- Surface and wet grinders
- Heat treat furnace
- Custom fixture and jig design
Our toolmakers collaborate closely with engineering to support everything from initial tooling to on-the-fly adjustments during production.
